So easy for mess-free travel painting.
Though I can only barely spell this word, I love gouache. It dries on your pallette and can be so easily revived with a dab of water! It amazes me every time. I love how easy it is to travel with (because of the above mentioned drying) and how beautifully it paints on sketchbook paper. I always think about larger gouache pieces I'd like to make but it's staying in the sketchbook for now.
